3 lb. FitCord Resistance Band

I was worried that, with starting out at only 3 lbs., the resistance would be too light. I was pleasantly surprised, though, at how much resistance I was actually able to get during the workout. I also love the handles and how smoothly the band moves with me. It is a great product!

Yes, our resistance levels will surprise you! Unfortunately many of the bands that are on the market today tend to be off on their stated resistance level, however we check ours with a machine to assure they are actually the number we state they are. That is the difference between American Made and Imports typically. So happy they work for you.
