These bands are great. I bought one 7lb and one 12lb which I like a lot so far. If you are considering buying from these bands I would advise to buy 2 from each weight. That will give you the chance to do some exercises easier because sometimes these bands are not long enough.

Our Perfect Therapy Bands are designed to be short so those in a wheelchair (for instance) can use them to regain mobility. we offer longer bands that will work great if you need them to be longer. See Body Sculpting Bands https://fitcord.com/pages/body-sculpting-bands you can attach the Wrist and Ankle Straps instead of handles to mimic the Perfect Therapy Band design, but they are 4ft in length.
