The V-Band stretch training band was designed with athletes in mind to assist with shoulder and arm warm-up before games, increase muscles and reduce shoulder injury while playing sports, however, we have found this particular design could be used by everyone.
Unlike our X-Over bands, which are made for upper body strength building and improving shoulder health as well, the V-Band does not require 2 anchors and has Padded Cuffs instead of handles. This stretch training band provides a unique advantage for anyone who has weakness in their hands or pain in their hand when using bands with handles; this band also provides a larger range of motion to reach the smaller muscles that support your upper body.
The V-Band is named so because of its V shape. This band has soft padded cuffs instead of handles and only has 1 anchor point making it easier to set up and use in different locations.
