X-Over Arm and Shoulder Resistance Bands
X-Over Resistance bands are a set of bands with a carabineer clip on one end and padded handle on the other. These bands are designed to target the upper back and shoulder area, but can be used in other ways. When the bands are crossed making an X pattern you are able to target the smaller muscles in your arms and shoulders that are hard to build but support the larger muscles during other exercises.
