Lifetime Warranty Information:
- If the product snaps, breaks or fails in the first 30 days due to a production flaw we will replace your band free of charge. * Images and explanation of the environmental conditions will be required.
- If any band or hardware snaps, breaks or fails but was not attributed to a production flaw in the first 60 days we will repair your band for $ 5.95. See Limitations below (Shipping to our facility for repair is paid by customer)
- After 60 Days we will repair your FitCord if possible. This repair is ONLY for cord breaks near the handle from normal wear and tear or to replace the clip. Repairs are $5.95 and does not include shipping to or from our facility, that is paid by the customer.
- All breaks outside of normal wear and tear may not be subject to repair. This includes breaks in the cord beyond 1 inch from handle, torn or cut webbing, raveling due to friction and broken handles due to being stepped on.
- ALL failed band replacements and repairs are awarded based on a case by case basis. * Images and explanation of the environmental conditions will be required to determine the correct course of action.
- Only bands that can safely be repaired quality for this service. In order to avoid Non-Repairable breaks in your FitCord please avoid leaving the band in direct sunlight, under UL lights and in moist/humid places.
- Do NOT use a hard stationary anchor that causes increased pressure on one spot of the band as this causes a faster breakdown of the tubing. Do NOT hold the band by anything other than the handle, as it will cause undo pressure on the rubber tubing (the bands handles are designed to extend the life of the band).
- *Free replacements do not apply to bands being used for commercial purposes or bands that have been abused, misused or wrapped around a stationary object..
- Shipping Info Order Processing: All orders typically ship within 2-4 Days. If there is a delay, customers will be notified within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Shipping Time: Continental USA orders are delivered within 2-5 business days. Shipping time time varies by location for customers outside the US. Shipping Methods: USPS & UPS.
- Lost Package: The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We provide a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.
- Worldwide shipping: FitCord does ship worldwide, however, All Customs Taxes and Duty Fees are paid by the customer to delivery service at time of delivery, and are NOT reflected in the shipping quote on this site. You will have to pay whatever is deemed by your country for shipment out of the US as an additional cost.
- Return Policy Only unused items in brand new condition may be returned for full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
- A 20% restocking fee may apply. *Except in the case of error on the part of FitCord Fitness, LLC. Shipping & Handling Fees are non-refundable.
- For exchanges due to customer preference (i.e. exchanging sizes and colors), return shipping of the original items is the responsibility of the customer.
- Replacement products will be shipped at the expense of the customer. When returning items from an order that received a "free shipping" promotion, if the returned items drop the value of the order below the threshold required to receive free shipping, the customer will be charged the cost of shipping the original invoice upon return of said items. This is done in order to protect FitCord Fitness, LLC from false orders used to wrongly receive free shipping. Thank you for understanding.
- To return or exchange a product, email submit contact form- Include your order number, the product you wish to return and the reason for returning the item. We will provide a return authorization number and shipping instructions. (Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless approved by Admin at FitCord)
- Any product that has velcro- to be refunded the item must be FREE of particles in the velcro in order to receive a refund. The product must be able to be restocked for the return to be accepted. No wear, dirt, particles or damage etc..
- Bundles/Packs- Bundles and Packs are not refunded as individual items. Singles items within a bundle/pack will not be accepted for refund or exchange for any reason other than failure of the single product (see Limited Lifetime Warranty Above for more details) --
- Full Bundle Returns/Exchange is treated as single product and are subject to the return polices above for single items, however EVERY item must be returned to qualify for approval.
- Your Privacy is Important to Us FitCord will never sell your personal information to any other company for any reason.
- To conduct an online transaction you must provide contact information (name, phone number, email address, shipping address, financial information credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill your orders ONLY and is kept completely private.
